Is this therapy?
No. The XP Vault is educational and supportive, not a replacement for therapy. It can complement therapy beautifully by giving you language and practices to bring into your sessions.
How much time do I need?
Most members will benefit from 15–30 minutes a week. Modules are intentionally bite-sized so you can engage even in chaotic seasons.
What if I fall behind?
